Hate crime: Racist Black youths beat up White boy at school bus stop
At 1:23 the reporter says they yelled racial slurs. Three Brevard County teenagers are accused of tormenting an autistic child at a school bus stop. The incident happened on Friday in Palm Bay. One of the suspects, Deon Glipsy, is charged with battery, accused of striking the 15-year-old victim in the face. Glipsy, along with Joeleon Abel and Ty'Juan English, each face a charge of aggravated stalking, a hate crime. "This was, from what we could gather, an ongoing case of bullying, stalking and harassment of this child that had gone on for quite some time," said Yvonne Martinez with the Palm Bay Police Department. "So it rises to the level of a hate crime." According to a police report, English recorded the incident on a video camera. Investigators say the video shows the victim run into the street to try to get away from his alleged attackers, narrowly missing being hit by a car and a motorcycle. English was in court in Viera on Tuesday afternoon, where a judge placed the teen on home confinement. The victim is presently undergoing psychological tests, according to investigators.

Newslink: www.myfoxdetroit.com SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - An annual carnival at Northland Mall in Southfield attracted hundreds of teens Saturday, but it quickly got out of control. More than a dozen people were arrested and police say the ugly incident may be gang related. A carnival brawl in the middle of the day, a swarm of flashing lights from the parking lot of Northland Mall down 8 Mile and beyond. For hours, no matter where you looked, you'd likely see a group of kids getting arrested. FOX 2 cameras were rolling when police surrounded one group of at least 8 teenaged boys. One by one, they were cuffed and loaded into a Detroit police van as parents pleaded with officers not to arrest their sons. Police say it was a planned fight involving at least seven gangs. The carnival shut down early and Northland Mall was closed. Police say there were clusters of fights, one with as many as 70 people. Police say they knew it would happen because of posts on Facebook and Twitter. There were heavy police patrols on carnival grounds for the rest of the night. More than a dozen people were arrested. There seems to be a fight at the carnival every year but police tell Fox 2 this year's problem was the biggest. Now officers hope the carnival packs up and leaves town for good. Black youths target Asians for robbery, says it is not a racist hate crime to target Asian community
While the national media will show the SMALL amount of crimes against blacks by supposed whites, the two "hate crimes" turned out not to be by whites, but by George Zimmerman, a Latino, and the other crime by a Native American Cherokee, Jake England, in Tulsa Oklahoma, the media NEVER focus national news on the crimes African-Americans do against Jews, Asians, East Indians, Arabs, Yemenis, Hispanics or whites. Recent attacks on Asian-Americans have stoked racial tensions in some Bay Area communities. One African-American ex-con admits to targeting Asians, but says he didn't do it out of hate. Ananze Emenike talks about robbing Asians like it was no big deal - during his teen years, it wasn't. "We got busted for a hate crime, due to the fact that when they linked us to the other robberies they were 75-85 per cent Asian," recalled Emenike. Emenike's reign of terror ended with his arrest in 2007 at the age of 17. Ananze said he once targeted Asians, but not because he had any animosity toward his victims. He said he chose Asian victims due to a perception that they carried a lot of money, wouldn't fight back, and wouldn't go to police because of a language barrier. "We would go places where we knew Asians would carry a lot of money. Like for a good example Stonestown. That was a place we knew lots of Asians came and spent a lot of money," he recalled. Penn. Judges Plead Guilty To Taking Bribes For Placing Youths in Privately Owned Jails 1 of 2
An unprecedented case of judicial corruption is unfolding in Pennsylvania. Several hundred families have filed a class-action lawsuit against two former judges whove pleaded guilty to taking bribes in return for placing youths in privately owned jails. Judges Mark Ciavarella and Michael Conahan are said to have received $2.6 million for ensuring juvenile suspects were jailed in prisons operated by the companies PA Child Care and a sister company, Western PA Child Care. Some of the youths were jailed over the objections of their probation officers. An estimated 5000 juveniles have been sentenced by Ciavarella since the scheme started in 2002. Matisyahu (born Matthew Paul Miller, June 30, 1979) is an American reggae musician. Known for blending traditional Jewish themes with Reggae, rock and hip hop sounds, Matisyahu is most recognizable for being a hasidic Jew. As such, Matisyahu stands out for wearing the traditional clothing of Hasidic Jews and not performing on Shabbos.
