ME2: Vanguard vs 2 YMIR Mechs, Insanity, No Cover
Charge is the answer. Use it. What is the first reaction when you see an YMIR mech? Most will say: "RUN FOR COVER!". Some will charge the YMIR mech and then run for cover. There are videos of people spamming medkits in order to fight 1 YMIR Mech without the benefit of cover this game is structured around. The vanguard class is here to dismiss the claim that cover is needed in this game. Out of all classes Bioware chose the vanguard to be able to charge enemies straight on without the need of searching for cover, without the need to crate or corner camping to stick your nose out only to hide again. When it can be charged it should be charged, I say. When you see 2 YMIR Mechs charge them! When you shields are starting to drop, ignore the wish to hide. Hide behind the YMIR mech firing at you to avoid the fire from the other, charge the second one when you no longer can engange the first one. Charge is the answer. Charge is the solution. From the Wii version of the game 'Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny.' English version. I think this could alternately been called "Elena the Miracle Worker!" She rebuilds Ymir overnight!! If the day you return from the final boss battle is a festival or the day of the lottery, talking to Elena won't trigger anything. You have to wait until the next day. You need to get AT LEAST 15 fragments. You can get more, but you can't get less. Once you have at least 15, talk to Elena again and she'll do all the rest.

SRW OG2 ATX Team Only Run: Wodan Ymir
Hahaha, I've played this game enough to decide to try and beat it only using members of the ATX team, which means using only Kyosuke, Excellen, Bullet (And Kusuha), Lamia, Sanger and Alfimi. I'm doing this on special mode, but I'm also making sure to get every single battle mastery. Most people have Offense Supports so I have a chance of taking down Regenerating Bosses. I'm seriously worried about the chapter where you recruit Seolla, though.

Great place to fight to increase your status parameters without increasing your BR. - I am here because after returning to TLR, I learned that there are tons of players that have much better parameters than my chars. While they have like 5000 HP dealing 25-30k damage (at BR80 or so), mine is BR80 and I only have 3000HP and dealing only 10k damage max. Apparently chain-linking is a bad idea (even though I love doing it to fight tons of mobs in one battle) because it makes your BR goes up extremely quick but stats parameter increase is very little. Anyway this is the first floor boss for the Ancient Ruins. I'm only using one hand weapon for Rush because I want to level up my 1h skills. Irina is my BEST character in the game. She deals the most damage (with 125 INT) and no one else comes close to dealing more damage. My best physical attacker is Baulson with 85 STR (yea, pitiful due to the lack of stats increase from my old gameplays). Ah how wonderful Irina finished the battle and leveled up her Fatal Eclipse Rank 1 to Rank 3! ------------------ System: X360-ENG 1st Gameplay

Target the Ymir power plants and sensor arrays, then find the ice tunnel to the Gunnar underground test site. With the power plants destroyed, you should be able to survive long enough to destroy it. The Barnard PDCs seem to be controlling all Ymir ships. Not to worry you, but it seems as if the Defense computers are turning on us. If your're religious, start praying. Now. l l PREPARING TACTICAL REPORT l Enemies and Targets on Planet Ymir: CRAFT: Ymir SnowScout. Slow, but lethal. CRAFT: Ymir IceRider. Fast and Powerful. INSTALLATION: YIC-7 Comm Arrays. This was the first real WoE on the new server Ymir. It was a total lag-fest, especially in the Valkyrie castles. It was more like an input lag than normal lag though. You could watch things going on around you just fine, but when you'd try to move or use a skill there would be a couple second delay in it happening.

Hey everyone. I hope you enjoy this video as much as I enjoyed putting it together. I've only started fiddling around with my mac and iMovie, though once I step into Final Cut, I'm sure my videos will improve. Most of the fighting is against Inevitable and Clandestine as Animosity and YSR are busy playing with each other. Other than the few derp moments by yours truly, and the constant eyes on me with fists it was an all around fun and entertaining WoE! I really enjoy playing mechanic and am glad I gave up bishop for this class.

[HD] Mass Effect 2 - Insanity Vanguard Charging Jedore and YMIR Mech - Grunt's Recruitment
Mass Effect 2 (PC) - Insanity Difficulty (Vanguard) Beating the final boss of Grunt's recruitment mission (Jedore) using Heavy Charge and the M-22 Eviscerator Shotgun. If you take out Jedore fast, you only have to deal with one Krogan Berserker (which makes the battle a lot easier). After taking out both Jedore and the Krogan Berserker via Charge + Shotgun blasts to the face, you can easily kite the YMIR Mech until it's destroyed. I tried charging the YMIR Mech just for fun and it didn't turn out so well so I'd highly recommend never trying to Charge a YMIR Mech. Also, I used Gibbed's Mass Effect 2 Save Editor to unlock Legion early (since Legion is awesome) but you can use this same strategy with any two allies.

Update from Christina Norman - it is a bug. social.bioware.com Notice that when you hit the mech just as the Stasis wears off and he is falling to the ground, he will take insane amount of damage. The key is to be as close as possible to the mech. I tested this several times just to be sure, got the same result everytime.
