YFD Firemen Rich Russo files false report
On April 22, 2009 Youngstown firemen Rich Russo knowingly files a false police complaint against James Ludt. James Ludt is known for speaking out against the corruption in Youngstown Ohio since 2004. Listen to this video at the 18:12 mark. where Russo says batalion one to batalion 2, and compare what he says from the 911 YPD recordings marked track #15. after Russo (batalion 1) says this on track #15, he sees James Ludt and gets nasty towards him, after stating the property is wide open and to bring ONE pump truck right over the grass. Russo claimed James Ludt refused to open his gate to let the pump truck in and claimed the firemen had to axe their way into Ludt's wide open property.

YFD fireman lies to grand jury part 1
YFD fireman Rich Russo lied to the grand jury when stating James Ludt was blocking an entrance to his property. Watch as this video shows the fireman were already at the fire and did NOT have jump a fence nor did they have to chop threw a section of fence to gain access to put the ARSON fire out. Alvin Ware is Youngstown's Arson investigator and did NOT investigate the arson at James Ludt's property located at 1422 Midlothian Youngstown Ohio. You can google this property and see for yourself, the property is NOT fenced in.The prosecutors claim is NOT clear what Ludt did wrong as, their claims of his wrong doing seem to change daily. The lies continue as NOW Nagey-Baker court reporter claims she can't hear the words Batalion 1 to Batalion 2 on track 15. The prosecutors are claiming they Don't know who yelled and threatened physical harm to a car on his property. But in Rich Russo's own written statement, he claims the FAME to doing this.........Threatening physical harm to ones property is a criminal offense....Watch part 2 and part 3 coming up, where you can see russo lie to police and see the fire truck drives threw the gate showing car NOT blocking access...the little person is Russo watching this.....so he was aware the car was NOT blocking gate and car was NOT moved.....
