My Top 50 XBLA Games
I decided to do my XBLA collection in a countdown style to make it more fun. I currently own 53 XBLA games but for the sake of keeping it an even number I excluded the bottom 3 (which are revealed at the end of the video). Keep in mind my opinions on a lot of these arcade games are based off of the online multiplayer modes, which for most of these titles are now dead where hardly anyone plays them anymore.

Orcs Must Die is another third-person tower defense (ala Dungeon Defenders). These two have so much in common -- release date, genre, price -- that it's impossible not to compare them. In the end, Orcs Must Die is the superior single player game where Dungeon Defenders shines in multiplayer. Both of them are worth a purchase, particularly if you're a fan of the genre and you manage to get them cheap during the holiday sale on Steam! Let's Look At - Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition [XBLA]
This week, the hotly-anticipated (maybe?) Xbox 360 version of Minecraft is released for XBLA. Although it's a genuinely good port of a genuinely great game, I'm having trouble figuring out who exactly would buy this over the PC version which is, objectively, a more comprehensive experience. In spite of this, I'm still finding myself re-addicted to smackin' and placin' cubes of various sorts all over again.

Let's Look At - Toy Soldiers - [PC/XBLA]
Toy Soldiers finally came out on Steam last week after being available for more than 2 years on XBLA. It's a tower defense game that's unique for two reasons: its World War I setting/aesthetic, and the ability to actually exert direct control over your towers and units. It's pretty fun, and certainly well-made, but it's not quite exciting enough to make me forget about my genre fatigue for tower defense games. That being said, genre diehards should find this to be a nice change of pace and a more active, hands-on type of TD.

XBLA Torchlight Review
I review the upcoming release of Torchlight due out on March 9th for XBLA. Cost is 1200 points and it's about 3600 points shy of what it SHOULD cost. Amazing game, I give it an 8.5/10.
