In a dazzling duet Will Wright and Brian Eno give an intense clinic on the joys and techniques of "generative" creation. Back in the 1970s both speakers got hooked by cellular automata such as Conway's "Game of Life," where just a few simple rules could unleash profoundly unpredictable and infinitely varied dynamic patterns. Cellular automata were the secret ingredient of Wright's genre-busting computer game "SimCity" in 1989. Eno was additionally inspired by Steve Reich's "It's Gonna Rain," in which two identical 1.8 second tape loops beat against each other out of phase for a riveting 20 minutes. That idea led to Eno's "Music for Airports" (1978), and the genre he named "ambient music" was born. The Long Now Foundation was established in 01996* to develop the Clock and Library projects, as well as to become the seed of a very long term cultural institution. The Long Now Foundation hopes to provide counterpoint to today's "faster/cheaper" mind set and promote "slower/better" thinking. Finally here sorry about the delay. This episode clocks in at one hour and ten minutes! Be sure to grab a drink and some food or something because it's pretty long. You'll notice also, Rainbow Dash's voice is different from the first episode. It's because the original voice was busy with school. So I went and got an understudy, the voice is going to be going back to the old one in part 3. Other than that everyone's(pony's) voice is the same including three new additions to the cast. I'd like to take this moment to thank everyone who contributed to this part after part 1. Besides the voice actors and my friend David helping me with the script, I did the last part alone and it certainly show in this part. I hope you all like it. If I'm going to be slipping in some annotations in the credits for direct links to the people who made this possible. Before anyone asks, part 3 won't be out for a long time...I haven't even sent out the scripts yet.

Some things I'd like to let you know: -I kind of rewrote history with the opening scene, reason being; I didn't want to very well fandub the pretrial to case 1-1 to establish a certain character some people may not know. -Originally there was going to be a song in here, but I couldn't get it finished due to some time restraints. -The next part WON'T be Part 4. I'm sure you can put together from the the title of this video and some of the lines dropped; WHAT the next part is going to be. The reconstructed main entrance and lobby of Frank Lloyd Wright's landmark Imperial Hotel, which originally stood in Tokyo from 1923 to 1967, when the main structure was demolished to make way for a new, larger version of the hotel. It now stands in "Meiji village" museum,an open-air architectural museum/theme park in Inuyama, near Nagoya in Aichi prefecture, Japan.
