QOTD: What do you think about all this new stuff? This just makes me want to buy the games more! I was going to buy them no matter what, but at least now I know what I'm buying! (Plus I get Metagross in the game?! I'M SOLD!) Summary: Pokemon Black 2 and Pokemon White 2 will take place 2 years after the events of the original Black and White versions where a large portion of the Unova region has been encased in ice, as if a glacier were slowly traveling above it. The newer versions: Black 2 and White 2 will host many new characters such as two new protagonists, the classic female and male options along with a male rival who appears to have quite a temper. There is also mention of two new Gym Leaders, which makes me think either two previous leaders get replaced (With Opelucid city being on the front lines of the glacier, nearly frozen I'm assuming Iris and Drayden must be busy?) OR the region will be the first single region to host 10 Gym leaders. The new Gym leaders are Himoka and Suizui, the latter of which is a water type leader with a big heart and the former a poison type Pokemon leader who has a thing for rock. (The music genre, not the type lol). We also meet Akuroma a new professor of sorts who appears to be researching the hidden abilities of Pokemon, but we don't know if it's for good or bad. (Most likely related to Dream World abilities?) Speaking of Pokemon, this region will host 300 Pokemon (Both old and new) that can be obtained with the new and updated unova ...
