Thanks God!!! for a beautiful wedding! Bride and Groom did their best to save the money. Thanks for Pastor Brett Hadley and his staffs of Mountain View SDA church in Las Vegas. They had allowed them the wedding worship and freely use the whole facilities, and made for new couple's beautiful picture posters. Even they took their pictures and videos too. Groom's father gave a message as a pastor and a 8 month's baby, Jason also did as a Bible boy too. ^_^ Bride had made all flower arts by herself with her groom and decorated with ther family and friend. Native Wedding Procession Kota Belud
This native wedding procession was taped at Kota Belud early this Jan 2010. Such wedding tradition is slowly disappearing in favour of simple hotel or hall receptions by the modern youths, however for this case, the parent of the bride insisted on seeing their age old tradition for their favorite daughter. The procession with the newly married in their best traditional costumes is flanked by bestmen and bridesmaid also in similar costumes so you have to guess which couple did get married. Some display of Takraw kicking skill was also demonstrated. It is for the viewers to judge whether their are other racial influences in this traditions and to which native race they belong.

Folk Dance: Springar (with Hardanger violin solo) While the two suites (Op. 46 and Op. 55) from the incidental music to "Peer Gynt" by Norwegian composer Edvard Grieg (1843-1907) are ubiquitous, the original score is almost never heard in its entirety. Even the very famous movements like "In the Hall of the Mountain King" are rarely performed with the appropriate choral forces. This recording contains all the music Grieg ever included in performances of the incidental music to Henrik Ibsen's play "Peer Gynt" - that is, Grieg's original score (Op. 23), along with a few additional numbers he included in later performances, such as the Norwegian Dances (Op. 35). The play by Henrik Ibsen (1828-1906) is in five acts and it concerns the life of the hunter and folk hero Peer Gynt. The work itself was intended as a melodramatic satire on the "Norwegian character," and in it Ibsen attempted to break many conventional practices in theatre at the time. Edvard Grieg (1843-1907): "Bridal Procession" piano roll
Edvard Grieg was much in demand as a soloist in the latter part of his life. His many short works for piano solo, as well as his famous concerto, led to his music being well known and loved across Europe. He left a number of piano rolls, but more importantly in 1903 he recorded a few records for the G&T company in Paris. These show his spirited and fresh approach to performing his own works. His style is flexible, charming, by turns sometimes capricious, but always controlled within the bounds of impeccable taste and musical understanding. Some stimulating comparisons and distinctions can be made between Grieg's own performances and those of Arthur de Greef (whose playing Grieg very much liked), as well recordings by other pianists from the first few decades of the 20th century. I rather feel that Grieg's own way with is own works is generally a much better way than we hear them performed now, and which was already being eroded by other younger pianists even when these records were made. This recording is of a Welte piano roll made by Grieg in 1906. It makes for good comparison with his acoustic recording of 1903.

Ira Weisburd and Diane Kopecky's Wedding took place on Sunday, March 25, 2012 at the beautiful Marriott Hotel in Boca Raton, Florida. 125 of their closest friends, students and family attended a wedding they will never forget !!! This is the processional or wedding entrance. Ira's 2 brothers Scott and Randy (his Best Men) started the procession, followed by Ira and his Mom, then Diane's cousin Sandy, followed by Ira's niece as the Flower Girl and his nephew as the Ring Bearer). Then Diane, in an exquisite dress looking like a Grecian Goddess or Princess. We had only one short rehearsal the night before for about 20 minutes.
