May 23, 2012 - no, not spartan armor, but more but just better body armor. most of them arn't wearing helmets, nor spalders ( suplimentary sholder armor) Frank Woods did not die, he is like captian price, from mw2 how he was still alive. Frank Woods body was stored in "the Vualt" and kept there until they needed his help (wich they did)
