Apr 2, 2012 - I've been doing this workout for a couple weeks now, but I feel like my arms have gotten a little larger since doing so. Of course, there is a little more visible definition, but what am I doing wrong that is not giving me lean, toned arms? I am using 5lb weights and am having protein shakes throughout the week. My body looks more like Karena's before the Tone It Up Nutrition Plan... but I just want the arms she has now!

May 1, 2012 - you can use things around your house. For awhile I had a couple shopping bags filled with random nonsense around my room that I used as weights. You can also use things like a water bottle to get more of the regular shape that the weight has.

May 6, 2012 - Try getting lighter weights. I use 4 pound dumbells (14 bucks from dicks) and my arms got very lean and toned from doing this 2-3 (sometimes 4) times a week!

May 13, 2012 - Oh absolutely not! I'm just asking a question because to me it seems they are obviously so. I didn't say anything bad about her toned body. There's also nothing bad with fake boobs. Also, you'd know that by toning so much of your body you lose body fat (straight from the breasts) and also toning your chest. Look at Katrina's chest, it's small as well. Maybe Karena just wanted some femininity back. I just wanted to know for certain.
