If he tapped later, it would have gone snap, you can tell that just by the angle of his arm. If Nog kept pulling on it, Sapp would have had been how Nog is right now, thanks to Mir. But considering him being passed his prime, and bloodying up Brock's eye, and making him struggle at grappling, that's pretty impressive for a guy his age. Sure, if Brock studied grappling more he could surpass Gracie giving him the advantage in nearly everything. Rick is a bad striker.
