May 8, 2010 - I completely agree. It would've been nice to see it nominated for best picture as well. I don't even think it's that big of a stretch, seeing as how the film was much better than "The Blindside," in my opinion. But, whataya gonna do? At least audiences know to love the film! :)

May 10, 2010 - yes. none of my friends told me they disliked the film....one newspaper criticism was that too many characters are introduced to us but i think it is brilliantly done with the banquet scene at the beginning of the film.... the banquet gets introductions out of the way and each character is historically important for us.
