Apr 7, 2011 - The AH-64D Apache Block III is in Development, it includes a Radar with double Range, more powerfull Engines, and longer Rotor's. The Maiden Flight was in April 2010, and in July 2011 the US Army get's the first AH-64D Block III Apaches.

Apr 21, 2011 - Mi-28 would still rape this thing imo. Still a very good helicopter that has proven itself on many occasions. It certainly does its job well.

May 3, 2011 - You know one day in the distant future the AH-64 Apache will be retired from service... and this is the first aircraft I have ever seen that gives me the impression it wouldn't come quietly!!

IonoTheFanatics Says:
May 11, 2011 - considering that both both rotor gunship are armed and equipped similarly that is extremely unlikely, and most likely will come down to the skill of the pilot and overall battlefield control in which the US undoubtedly holds an overwhelming advantage in standard war.if you were comparing it to Ka-50 then that may hold more weight as Ka-50 is indeed a relatively unusual and advanced design, though it demands extremely skilled pilot due to extreme load placed on Blackshark pilots.

Sep 19, 2011 - have u seen the the radar that is usually on top of the rotor blades? that's the AH-64D the AH-64A doesn't got that :)
Tangozulu7890 Says:
Oct 24, 2011 - There are AH-64D's with out the radar the versiosn with the radar have the name Longbow behind it. AH-64A is just an older model
Homer2591 Says:
Apr 21, 2012 - The problem is that you can't compare them for example: the apache is faster can fly higher has a better range and looks just fantastic but the Tiger has new weapon and weapon control systems and the Russian Helicopter are just big and innovative....But i still prefer the Apache and Cobra ^^
MrCracker21 Says:
Apr 26, 2012 - Wow... The Apache is just so fucking sexy.... Long live America!
