I'm only 22 and I watched this show on tv land when I was a kid and Joe was my favorite character then it was tootie then it was natalie but as a kid I didnt like blair. I never knew people like her and I didnt like the way she treated everyone but in the later season I started to like her more cuz she changed alot.
