Jan 10, 2012 - ICO wasnt about killing enemies it was about escaping the castle and using Yorda to help you with puzzles Shadow was exactly like ICO in a sense that you still solved puzzles The colossi and the way to them and you had to worry about things distracting you from your puzzle when the colossus tries to swipe you off are similar to when Yorda gets attacked by shadow people Also Agro is similar to Yorda you need Agro to defeat the colossus, and get to them, The creature is your blade.
