May 26, 2012 - You basically hit the nail on the head. SF4 felt like effort was put in to the mechanics (some people don't like the graphic style, but i play games to play, not watch a pretty movie). After SF4 it was always half-hearted attempts. KOF13 was a decent attempt but too much effort was put into the sprites and not enough in the aggravating mechanics
