May 22, 2012 - the single player modes got worse but the multiplayer is still great. the story got convoluted and shit with each new iteration, only about 5% of people who play halo games care about the side characters & backstory - most people want a stand alone story - they just pander to the fanboys now and thats how you kill a franchise. You keep it general with broad appeal, not convoluted & nerdy like an exclusive club where you have to have played all the previous games, or read the books etc.
