I'm guessing it was filmed early-mid 2002 at Sierra Nevada, Centre Stage.Great version this, inluding segments of "Walk Don't Run" by The Ventures and "Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)" by Elton John.Enjoy the master at work!
