Here in West Virginia, there are lots of pretty sites, and very few of them are recorded because here, they only follow the roads marked in orange. That also means that roads like Spring Gap Road are only half-recorded.

Apr 4, 2011 - I wish this were obvious to me earlier. Otherwise yeah, street view is really hard to use. I also wish one could just click where on the map to go rather than awkwardly drag and drop the stupid yellow guy.

Jun 25, 2011 - this mode is available in google earth, just switch to streetview mode and use arrowkeys for navigation.
