I dislike animes like this. where there is only one guy surrounded by girls with no real actions at all and it's so obvious that all the girls is going to fall in love with him. I rather watch some hentai anime then something like this. the least they can do is make it a little like golden boy. now that will be awesome.

That ending was so bad and insulting, they might as well have had a fist fly out of your screen and punch you. Protect the girls? Protect them from what? Theres no war going on and the only threat that happened was caused by a psychotic bunny bitch. All the girls are stereotypes and bland, if I were a woman, I'd be pissed.

Jul 27, 2011 - Infinite Stratos is originally a Light Novel series. The anime covers the first 3 volumes of it, (leaving some details out). Right now there are 7 volumes out, and with the announcement of an OVA coming out this November, there's a possibillity that a second season could get the "Green Light". But that's gonna take a while because the Light Novels needs more time to stay ahead. And FYI: Vol. 6 in the Light Novels actually sheds some light on Infinite Stratos's true Plot.

Aug 5, 2011 - Really? Last I checked, the author put the Light Novels on hold until notice because of an issue with unauthorized chinese translations. He was willing to settle the problem in court if he had to.

There's the consideration of how many volumes/content are out and where to stop the anime adaptation at a specific spot. When the first season was announced, 5 volumes of the Light Novels were released at the time. 8-Bit, the animation studio that made IS's anime adapation, decided to cover the first 3 volumes. Vol. 4 and 5 basically foreshadows for something else.[More in next post, damn 500 character limit]

Aug 18, 2011 - [Continuation from last post]After looking at the Light Novels, I don't blame 8-Bit for covering Vol. 1-3 as the first season. From how I see it, Vol. 1-1st half of Vol. 3 serves as an intro/getting to know the characters while the 2nd half of Vol. 3 served as a "test" for the main characters. Vol. 4 and 5 foreshadows another part of the story. If 8-Bit covered the first 5 volumes, the fans would be left hanging even worse. Which is why 8-Bit only covered the 1st 3 Volumes.
