Oct 27, 2011 - Ever since I've started to juice and eat healthy, my sugar cravings have diminished.

priya3691 Says:

Nov 4, 2011 - Hi hi! Have you tried intellectus list building (just google it)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my buddy got crazy amounts of buying leads added to their list.

rgwinful Says:

Nov 9, 2011 - It has been six months since I have eaten any form of processed sugar like candy and white rice. Instead around 2:00pm I eat a little bit of sweet potato and it gives me the same feeling of well being that I use to get from eating a bag of mm's. Except I feel much healthier now and my heart rate does not increase after eating processed sugar.

rpmangin Says:

Nov 15, 2011 - I don't think the sugars in fruits are a problem, because the fruits also contain fiber. As mentioned in another Youtube video, "When God packaged the poison, he packaged the antidote with it." However, this principle obviously does not apply if you juice your fruits. In other words, AVOID FRUIT JUICES, EVEN IF THEY HAVE NO ADDED SWEETENERS!!

Nov 20, 2011 - You should check out 'Potatos Not Prozac', it's about sugar addiction and the author originally was treating alcoholics = perfect for you :) Good luck.

EyeWearMySunglasses Says:

Dec 14, 2011 - what about carrot and beet juice?

rpmangin Says:

Dec 14, 2011 - I'm pretty sure concentrated carrot and beet juices aren't that good either, since those vegetables contain a relatively high amount of sugar compared to other veggies.

Dec 31, 2011 - LoL!! Jan 23, 2012 - Natasha, I just wanted to tell you that I think you're so naturally beautiful inside and out. I feel like I can almost picture what a diet in Eden must have been like watching your videos. As a person who recovered from depression and eating disorder, your videos are part of my therapy in helping me build healthier relationships to food and nature/environment. I'm not as strong as you are, for I have big weaknesses for soups and occasional ginger candies. But I won't give up. Hugs

cl1717 Says:

Feb 15, 2012 - go back to about 8:03--just after you'll hear that she says "you're NOT finding yourself having to reach for that Snickers bar.... Natasha IS very educated. You should just listen better.

Apr 18, 2012 - I tried cutting sugar for a few days, and always felt hungry. I went on a binge today :( and now I'm not hungry. But I want to get off of sugar for good - do you know any hunger-curing foods? Have you had this problem?

SuperLexie77 Says:

Apr 30, 2012 - I have a massive addiction to pomegranate juice (the organic freshed pressed with no added sugar) and I just want to drink it all day long. I finish the whole large bottle within two days :( I keep craving it even after I finish drinking it. I want to eat a whole pomegranate so I can fulfill my craving and not have my sugar spike up but the problem is that I can't stand how much seeds this little fruit contains. Is there anything I can do?

fralican Says:

May 1, 2012 - This smoothie works for me for chocolate cravings: juice an apple, 2 carrots, 4 stalks celery and half a cucumber, and use that juice to blend up 1 banana, a handful of raspberries and 2 peeled kiwis. The last three fruits have high magnesium as well as the vitamin C and calcium needed for magnesium absorption. Good luck.

kyegirl2001 Says:

May 5, 2012 - That's completely normal (and not actually real hunger!). It takes at least 4 days till things revert to normal, sometimes longer. Just eat whatever you have to for a few days as long as it's not sugar. It just takes a while.

bir0610 Says:

May 15, 2012 - Hello, have you heard about "Belly Fat TorchMax" (just do a Google search for it...)? On their website you can watch a beneficial free video. This helped Ellin to lose her belly fat. I hope it will help you also...

LuniaVideo Says:

May 15, 2012 - Fat fills you up the most.Carbs fill you up the least.Protein is somewhere in between.

LuniaVideo Says:

May 15, 2012 - White sugar is a processed food.
