May 20, 2012 - In my opinion, Dark Shadows is probably a good film. I am a fan of tim Burton's work. I watched 9 which Burton had produced and it was crap. I loved Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Corpse Bride was good. I think Sweeney Todd was brilliant and is one of my favourite musicals of all time. Dark Shadows had a pretty good music selection.

May 26, 2012 - I believe it was lead guitarist Wally Bryson who wrote and played the song's signature riff. I remember reading that he felt the riff was essential to the song's success and he was pretty ticked off that Carmen refused to share the songwriting credit with him.

May 28, 2012 - You know, to be fair? Depp gave a great performance with what he was given, and Burton made a beautiful film.The issue was the story! I can honestly say that the first 20 minutes or so was great. It was when the witch showed up again (Eva Green) that everything fell to crap. They should have kept it about the family. Good performances, good music, good directing. Bad script, bad story.
