May 25, 2012 - I just realised, Bruce Wayne's dad got hold of Kryptonian technology from Superman's dad when he was scouting for habitable planets in preparation for the destruction of Krypton. So Batman's utility belt is essentially Kryptonian technology so he could have a "fly so fast it turns time back tool" in his belt. LOL!
