In that year, lots of pressures for country like Indonesia with abundance of natural resources to open its door to foreign investment . You might persuade them and facilitate. But the decision maker(s) who made the decision/loan. They did the wrong things, it was their sins. Unfortunately your story came out after those people involved are dead. Isn't it a bit of coincidence?
