May 22, 2012 - count me as one of them man. I'm 17, and i got this game dirt cheap in the early 2000s and would saw my foot off and eat it for a good remake of this game. Just as long as the devs wouldnt fuck it up my trying to make it to complicated, or the combat of XIII. Keep the combat, characters, music and story intact, and just give us an HD version of this. FFX is getting an HD remake, but this should get one.instead.

May 22, 2012 - I'm totally going to play this game soon. This game deserves a remake. It's too bad that most people think of Final Fantasy X or XIII when they see the title (just as an impression from people I've talked to before.). I would LOVE to see this game completely remastered, even if the graphics weren't as good as XIII's. So, hopefully, the developers will listen to fans and make this after they make Kingdom Hearts III.

May 23, 2012 - I agree, I'm actually only 16 at the moment and I have to say this I quite enjoyed the parts of 7 that I have (I've been too busy to finish it) and right now I'm actually playing 3 a bit in my spare time. As well as this quite a lot of people that I know have played most of the early Final Fantasy games so there are still quite a few people that are around the age of 17 that can appreciate good games.

I love final fantasy they are the only games i have ever played where i actually feel for the story and the characters.I do play call of duty and halo but without a doubt my favourite series now and forever shall be final fantasy..
