MrJuniorNasty Says:
Apr 2, 2012 - The longest range recorded for a sniper kill currently stands at 2,475 m (2,707 yd) and was achieved by CoH Craig Harrison, a sniper from the Household Cavalry of the British Army. It was accomplished in an engagement in November 2009 in which two stationary Taliban machine gunners were killed south of Musa Qala in Helmand Province in Afghanistan with two consecutive shots by CoH Harrison using an Accuracy International L115A3 Long Range Rifle chambered in .338 Lapua Magnum

Apr 21, 2012 - mmk so i think that modesty is a huge aspect Canadians have and should continue to have and i dont want anything im saying to be offensive or too biast... well i cant help but noticing that Canadians tend to comment on these vids amongst themselves only and the Americans are kinda trololololing us (SOMETIMES) when we are just trying to talk together not against eachother.. idk i am just saying this is what i have noticed and i am wondering if anybody else has noticed this
TVScio Says:
Apr 22, 2012 - You're def right dude. I googled "Canadian military has better trained army" and got a 1 Canadian stating the facts, and a ton Americans trolling. Granted most admit they have no idea, but still choose to defame Canada. The one fact I did find interesting, NATO rank equivalent charts: Cdn Master Corporal is equivalent to a US Sergeant Our lower ranked soldiers are as well trained as their higher ranked soldiers.Of coarse we're weaker ... but it's just like the maps, they can't handle losing.

May 1, 2012 - grow the fuck up neither 1 of them gave a damn about the record they saved lives and thats all they care about fuck off we all know you wouldnt do shit for anyone else and vise versa
MrMasonx742 Says:
May 1, 2012 - i hate all the call of duty ''fanboys'' that think sniping in real life is easy take a look at this video it is extreamlly hard, normal people like us with no training at all would have never made this shot not even with luck, this is a lot more then a game people its time to grow up and understand that, and when i get to join the army i plan on being the best damn person i can be, i want to be a sniper but if i dont i want to be a spotter but im fine if im not either
AnInnocentLittleBoy Says:
May 7, 2012 - A sniper is both a spotter and a shooter. You take turns swapping the gun as it becomes too strenuous after a period of time. Don't set out into the military to be a certain type of Special Forces Unit. There is a name for people like that and let me tell you, it's not a good one. The Canadian Sniper course is one of the toughest courses offered by the Canadian Forces with a 90% failure rate.
MrMasonx742 Says:
May 7, 2012 - i did not know that both spotter and sniper take turns shooting, plus i no that its not good to only wanna be a sniper but im fine if i dont become one its just something i wanna work for

MrMasonx742 Says:
May 9, 2012 - when you are in the army if u think your more important then everyone else u wont be in the army, grow the fuck up

May 22, 2012 - if canada was the worse then how come both world wars we were there more then 2 years b4 u americans? and also how come every war americans have been in canadas been there? and when we were a small army in ww2 we still did better then u americans on dday? and we took holland all by ourselves, humm o yea remember ww1? paschendale we did what the british americans french couldnt do and take it, same with flanders fields, all i saw america do in ww2 was sit and do nothing till 1941
TroyNelson2011 Says:
May 23, 2012 - boycott youtube, youtube's stance on human rights and freedom of speach is shit, torture victoms reaching out for amnesty are blocked globally for reaching out for amnesty. like myself, i was tortured by malpractice for 17 years, i wqas blocked on twitter and facebook for bringing it up and now on youtube. There is no freedom of speach on youtube...
Freepepsi42 Says:
May 23, 2012 - You have to be a trained sniper to be a spotter. Usually the shooter is the squad leader. But if you want to be a sniper pay attention in math and phys ed. Don't smoke. And don't get cocky, once you lose the trust of your fellow troops on course, your going to be doomed to fail.
Freepepsi42 Says:
May 23, 2012 - oh yeah and if you can't shoot well.. to bad. Shooting is a skill that your really born with. It's something you can't learn, only refine.
Freepepsi42 Says:
May 23, 2012 - Just to note, it will take hundreds if not thousands of .50cal bullets to shoot down a plane. Just to stop the hysteria....
MrMasonx742 Says:
May 23, 2012 - well you can learn it but to get at the level these guys are at you do need to be born with it, and grow up around and using guns almost everyday
Freepepsi42 Says:
May 24, 2012 - Well I never grew up around guns yet my 10m Air rifle grouping is 2.5 average and i can't sometime shoot less then a cm 5 round groupings. Everyone is born with some kind of skill level. But defiantly to be a sniper you have to be fit and smart.

R3dTigerM40A3 Says:
Mar 24, 2012 - exacly..but i still see furlong as a heroe and not a tool like you said for having saved the americans and did a very long shot mean he is skilled...yes craig may have fired a better shot than furlong, but it doesnt make him really better..in fact..there is probally other snipers in canada and uk that are better than those two..they were just there at the good moment to fire those shots.
