I mean you are in the middle of the ocean with other ships nearby so its not like something is going to sneak up on you.

May 27, 2011 - well, they're not ALL like that, but onboard the ship, there is quite a bit of officers/pilots who have that attitude. they call the regular enlisted guys TED (typical enlisted dude) or more often "rats". they tend to make an excuse that they're "just tyring to toughen up the guys", but it really is just a bunch of snobbyness/stomping on ppl who are lower down in the system just so that it brightens up THEIR day. makes em feel good I guess. at the same time, they're not all like that.
