May 14, 2012 - People in the South really can't drive well in winter conditions though. Obviously when it's this slippery there is only so much that you can do, but many of these people were going far too fast to begin with.I had a rental with summer tires and was passing people with tire chains on, not to be a dick or reckless but because there was no reason to not have control.
