One time i ordered Gold from a Chinese Gold Farmer and he didn't deliver it to my level 64 Ninja/Beastmaster in Final Fantasy XI so we exchanged nasty emails and i called them a prickface and got PayPal to suspend their entire operation. May 20, 2012 - Saddest thing is, Ocean Marketing isn't the only company with customer reps like this, who treat and talk to customers that way. Exaggerated, sure, but Paul's "story" is just one of millions that actually got a mass audience.Thought when they looked up the Penny Arcade dude, I was expecting them to say "ah, don't worry... he just runs some crappy little internet site I've never heard of".
