Aug 25, 2010 - I really love these series. So serious, and the people on these videos actually know what they are talking about rather than making a video because they are bored. I can only imagine the amount of respect they get from people of their own field.

Jul 6, 2011 - I have had some of the worse breads in history ever, who's bakers had the utter nerve to call artisan. These loafs of "things" were returned to the bakerys post haste, I always DEMANDED my money back, and I got it too!The worse thing to do is raise a child and feed 'em mass produced breads on a constant daily basis. They learn to gauge other actually fine breads, by what they've learn about the quality of what is basically garbage.

Aug 9, 2010 - A great follow up or interactive portion of the CHOW website would be recomended recources weather it be from the actual "obsessors" or other recomended points to investigate coresponding to the toppicbooks websitesvideos blogs I think this would not only leave the visitors of the Chow site with "hopefully " a interest and a passion for the subject but also a starting place to take off with their own interest CAUSE ITS HARDER TO FIND REAL RECOURSES THAN YOU MIGHT THINK!
