Apr 27, 2012 - I love this song, especially the harmonies that add a touch of "cool" to "smooth" (though I'll admit I didn't know the title and artist for a long time - just heard it on the radio and got it stuck in my head), and to the top commenters, there's still rap that has meaning, though it's really more like slam poetry with a musical track. Check out George Watsky. He's what rap is intended to be. They're different genres, in different time periods.

May 20, 2012 - On the way to Hersheypark today (woohoo!!!), I sang the lyrics "in the middle of the night" to my family in hopes that they could tell me the name of this song. Since I heard it in a store two weeks ago, this song has haunted me. I love it! No one knew. Even my uncle the singer failed to know the title. Finally, there was a breakthrough when my father called with additional lyrics, and I found the song here! And it turns out, it's called "Couldn't Get It Right." We couldn't get it right all day!

May 20, 2012 - I think this is going to become our family song now. Hilarious! If only you could have seen us walking the park singing the only lyrics we knew ("in the middle of the night") to various tunes, you would have thought we were crazed. And in a way, we were. It became a family mission to locate this song. I'm glad that we did. It will always be one of the select few family memories that will remain at the end of my life. Thank you, Climax Blues Band, for a great addition to our life story.
