May 13, 2012 - Take Me - Rob Chapman
bashfulbrother Says:
May 14, 2012 - Sorry, my mistake. These guys are truly funny. Do you have one of the CV's?
bashfulbrother Says:
May 14, 2012 - The reason they talk about the bridge as an "ashtray", and I sent you an email about this, is that when the guitars were first made by Leo F. he put a sliding cover over the bridge. It was removable and slid on and off. The cats that played these guitars then would take the cover off when gigging and use it as an ashtray on stage. That is where the term comes from. I has nothing to do with shape, it is due to the now missing bridge pickup cover. They always got lost.

zlotmaster Says:
May 30, 2012 - I have the low end of the scale bullet strat and I can rape the tremolo and it won't go out of tune, but the pickups are crap and they are not worth replacing because it weighs a ton

sk8dude1313 Says:
May 12, 2012 - People should realise that Squier has become SO much better than before, I'm buying a classic vibe left-handed tele friday and I'm not ashamed that it's not as prestigeously titled as my other guitars. Great guitar, great value for the dollar :D
