Me and my parents have always had near perfect credit but when we banked at BOA they seemed to be completely incompetent.. Every month we make a house payment they call and say we didn't pay it (and yet records show they even cashed the check) but yet every month we have to go over it again and fight an hour or two on the phone to get them to acknowledge their own mistake.

They seem to be very competent when they are repossessing someones house or possessions. In fact there are thousands of law suits battling out in court right now because BOA realized that they don't make enough foreclosing on houses so they sent people in and emptied these peoples homes (everything) even they family photos, with no notification. Thats ok to you?

I am almost done paying these theives. I had three accounts with them and they constantly overdrew my account for nonsense. I closed my accounts, I am almost done paying these theives, and I will NOT do business with them again.
