Usually when you get food from a high-priced restaurant, especially a French, Middle Eastern, German or Spanish restaurant, they often give you a very watered down version of a dish while charging you an un-Godly amount of money for it.I'd rather go to my Turkish friends' house and eat wholly like a man than eat like a stuffy and fruity bourgeois hipster who gets a small serving for over $15.00, plus beverage and tax.
