Coz they are afraid of rebellion so they changed all fighting kung fu into wushu, just for performance nothing else. Feb 3, 2012 - @MechPhantom ya but people saying shoalin monks are gods is alittle much i agree and also tai chi is a relly confusing art yes it is made for medical perpouses now but they are not suppose to sparr cause they are to practice there movements daily so they become custom to the reflexs's and they happen naturally, yes it sounds hard to beleieve and sometimes i even have doubts about tai chi cause it sounds so crazy but i accualy works, it takes 65 years at best to master tai chi
