The children are our precious treasures, how can they NOT do more research before handing them over? If the childrens' parents fail, what makes them think their grandparents won't?

Adults are supposed to protect and guide children, but yet time and time again, we fail to do so. I hope the sick people like this rot in hell and are tortured for eternity the way they tortured their victims. R.I.P. Jeffrey.

May 29, 2012 - I cannot imagine how anyone could do such things to a child. They should both rot in prison in the most horrendous of conditions. And prisoners have rights...bs. What about the victims. I know there has to be good case workers out there but we hear about so many that fail a child. Perhaps the process is seriously and sadly broken. RIP sweet baby boy, you are in Gods arms now and nothing and no-one can ever hurt you again.
