May 30, 2012 - This movie is a depiction with a twist to the story, ofcourse is not accurate but is based on a single historic event. And yes the spartans lost this battle because of a traitor, but they managed to warn athens of what was happening. And it wan't only 300 spartans, they had 700 other soldiers from poleis arround them and some other 200 or so farmers and crap like that, i'm not expert i'm just saying what i remember if i'm wrong please correct me. I have no time for assholes with stupid argument
