May 21, 2012 - finaly someone with some sense, i would so love to see tyson or hollyfield or whoever vs vitali, vitali's dream was to fight tyson 'couse he know he would beat him, especialy because small "in-fighters" are his speciality, but he is not guilty because that didnt happened, and still i think tyson had very easy career due to his opponents, lennox on the other had much better career, and vitali had corry sanders, arreola, peter samuel, briggs, lewis, chisora...
PyroBoxing Says:
May 21, 2012 - Honestly I think heavyweights are overrated. Heavyweights get the most media attention which brings casual fans (ufc fans) that just want to see knockouts and think a fighter like Andre Ward is boring. They see a Tyson who fought a lot of bums and destroys them and the media and the casual fans think "greatest of all time". When the sport is called boxing and brawlers get more respect then boxers its a shame.
jozeqfdsfs Says:
May 21, 2012 - oh i hate ufc fans, and you are so right. but we, who really know boxing wanna see real boxing not some mistakes that cost a guy knockout, todays fighters are too good to be KO-ed like that and the chances of lucky KO is close to 0, there is ufc for that, tyson indeed looked brutal against those kids and that is what ufc fans wanna see, they dont care about genius boxing from vitali. my point was, prime vs prime, any era, vitali is #1, and i alreday said why and no strong arguments came against
muschett13 Says:
May 21, 2012 - oh its great here and your spelling is not the best

May 22, 2012 - ye but im not really trying to hard mate, other favourite boxers what region are you from dont have to say country.Watchin the news cnn,fox and other stuff its looking pretty grimm world over its just startin to take grip here but its still pretty good i suppose
muschett13 Says:
May 25, 2012 - yeah im in germany
Octane64 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Muhammad Ali, Larry Holmes, Gene Tunney,Joe Frazier,Sonny Liston,Evander Holyfield,Mike Tyson, Joe Louis etc. could all outbox and knock out V Klit. They may be smaller, but they have heart, superior technical skill, and actually fought challenging fights.
Octane64 Says:
May 27, 2012 - Mohammad Ali fought the greatest competition of all time. V Klit fights nobodies, old men, and fat guys. You don't know much about boxing do you?
Martinez1887 Says:
May 27, 2012 - you know nothing about boxing...just because somebody fought decades ago it means hes better, thats what many retards think about sports...vitale is one of the best boxers ever
amcbirds Says:
May 27, 2012 - haha why is he just fighting all fat chubby black guys lol
PyroBoxing Says:
May 28, 2012 - Read the other comments. I said Ali has faced stiffer competition but because Ali was a heavyweight he is a little overrated. Like all heavyweights imo.
jozeqfdsfs Says:
May 29, 2012 - 70' are just media religion, it is against every healty logic that any of those guys could be a real threat to vitali. heavyweights form 70' could only be compared to todays B-class light heavyweight. superior skill, no way man? okay, tyson had really pushed his peekaboo to the limits so he is technickly best of those fighters you said and he is also a real heavyweight like holyfield, but do you know why he lost of hollyfield twice?because of his onedimensionality, vitali would never be outboxed
seahawkslakersfan24 Says:
May 29, 2012 - mighty Germans that came here keep dreaming that he is german or keep pretending fact is he is Ukrainian and his grandpa prolly fucked ur grandma in the ass
muschett13 Says:
May 29, 2012 - no larry holmes, gene tunney sonny liston evander holyfield mike tyson and joe louis cant outbox klitschko. Liston is a brawler and klitschko could use his reach on him
OfficialMattprc Says:
May 29, 2012 - Vitali is a great boxer, but he cannot be regarded as the 'greatest' because the level of competition he has faced has been average at best (Lewis being the exception) It's a shame him and Wlad wern't around in the 90's.
lastchatte Says:
May 29, 2012 - 4:05 "that's it"
jozeqfdsfs Says:
May 29, 2012 - that is another "mith" made by media propaganda so that 70' would still be considered the golden era although it is against any healty logic and whoever vitali fights they will never respect him. he is just too dominant and barely losing a round in fights and never been floored and that is what todays "ufc fans" dont like, they just wanna see both sided fights with 0 technique.he fought bombardiers like briggs, sam peter, sanders etc and purely dominated them. he made lennox look like an amateur
jozeqfdsfs Says:
May 29, 2012 - none of those guys could be a real treat to vitali, 1- most of them are not heavyweights today 2-none of them ever faced someone like vitali 3- none of them cant do any real damage to vitali 4-none of them can outbox him 5, most of those guys got knocked down by 80-90 kg oponent, vitali has never been on floor and he fought the best punchers ever 6-vitali is too multidimensional for them 7-vitali can do ali's rope a dope in the middle of the ring without ropes and none of them could reach him...
OfficialMattprc Says:
May 29, 2012 - I respect Vitali hugely actually, and i don't care for UFC either. I'm just stating my opinion that there is very few top Heavyweights around. To say Vitali made Lewis look amateur is absurd, he wasn't in top shape at the end of his career, but he weathered the Vitali storm and came back with huge shots and had Vitali in all sorts of trouble, his face wasn't that damaged for no reason.
jozeqfdsfs Says:
May 30, 2012 - i understand you, but if lewis was on top he wouldnt stop his career at age of 37 with unremached (not)win, and if he really was losing because of "bad shape" that could only be proved in later rounds not in first rounds. lennox is the only one that could come close to vitali, but there is a good boxers today just that they are all in shade of 41 old vitali and no boxer in history ever do that. lennox's trainer moved to vitalis team after that fight and he always say vitali is the better of two
lakers18x Says:
May 30, 2012 - No doubt Klitschko is a skilled boxer, but Muhammad Ali in his prime is unrivaled. He was fast, deceptive, and incredibly accurate. That along with his "Ali shuffle" and "Float like a butterfly, Sting like a bee" tactics, put him in a class all his own. He took on, and defeated, the likes of of seven Hall of Fame boxers. And yeah, he may have a lot of media attention, but hype isn't really hype if he can back it up. haha
jozeqfdsfs Says:
May 30, 2012 - okay, truly, prime vs prime, vitali vs muhamad ali? and explain why.
lakers18x Says:
May 30, 2012 - Vitali is great, the best out there today, but Muhammad would have beaten him by fighting the way he normally did. Muhammad would've moved in and out, side to side, popped him with the jab and fast combinations. Vitali relies on the jab but Muhammad would've easily out jabbed him. Vitali would never hit him with that right. Ali was too fast and would have easily seen the right coming. Muhammad's opponents couldn't believe how quick his reflexes were. No disrespect but Vitali would've been shocked
tupacsomething69 Says:
May 30, 2012 - alis era was marked b the best heavyweights in history, patterson, foreman, frazier...the klitchkos have chris arreola, so STFU

PyroBoxing Says:
May 21, 2012 - We aren't talking about Vitali vs Ali. I agree Ali was overrated but, we are talking about the competition Vitiali has faced compared to the heavyweights that fought before him.
