Sep 26, 2010 - I played against Nils once, before I knew who he was. He came in and played in a local 8 ball tournament we had in Ohio. I could not believe how well he played position. After he easily won the tournament I looked him up and was astounded to see he was ranked 12th in the world at that time.

Oct 8, 2010 - I'm with you on that refree namsook...jeez. Yet another reason to go to Holland. It really sux that they alternate breaks..otherwise one of those guys might get momentum and run 8 straight racks--who would want to see that?!

KrisDerp Says:

Oct 18, 2010 - That referee is everywhere, and she's not dutch by the way!

Membersacc Says:

Oct 22, 2010 - Wanna see some real skill? Try Straight pool or snooker.

pigdisposal Says:

Oct 30, 2010 - Rocket verses terminator, who will rule sipreme over planet earth, which super human powers will prove most deadly. let us mortals find out today in this extreme nine ball death match.

xowreckageox Says:

Dec 7, 2010 - hahaha pretty good comment!

jdbankshot Says:

Jan 27, 2011 - this IS real skill. even if snooker were played on a 9-ball table, i & many others i know wouldn"t play cuz we just don't like it. balls worth points, the re-spotting, the nerdy dress code, etc... has nothing to do with table or pocket dimensions. you gonna compare formula 1 to motocross dirtbiking bcuz they're both motor sports? NFL to rugby? cue sports are cue sports. now can't we all just get along & shoot?

Membersacc Says:

Jan 28, 2011 - I agree they are completely different styles of games, and require different skills. The real thing is, in truth, what you get used to.

djdanadams Says:

ajb87 Says:

Jan 6, 2012 - yes and try italian billiard and tell me...

JRaab311 Says:

Mar 27, 2012 - these announcers are idiots they need to stop assuming what people with a higher skill level than them can do.

xray608 Says:

May 14, 2012 - Anybody with real skills, can play any of the games well, The idea is the same, hit the cue ball with the cue, make the object in the pocket to play for the next shot. You got 6 pockets you can sink the object ball in, the only games that are much different to me, seems to be one pocket and 3 cushion billards or anything along that line. It seems the players to me that can play straight pool or snooker well can also play the other pool games quite well as well.
