Dec 17, 2007 - Yes. He is also vice president and technical director in Ung's ITF. Just in case you don't know... when General Choi passed, ITF split into 3 separate organizations. They are headed by Chang Ung, Choi Jung Hwa (Gen. Choi's son), and Tran Trieu Kwan.
