May 30, 2012 - No, it´s not wrong if you do it twice a day. It´s true what mcnultyfrank said that muscle will grow during night but it´s not said anywhere how much is that maximum working time when it´s still useful to do it. If you do it twice a day you will get results sooner.

May 30, 2012 - yes.. you're supposed to rest each muscle group for 48 hours after your workout.. so if you did abs then you should take the next day off because muscles only get stronger with rest.

May 30, 2012 - READ IF YOUR NECK IS HURTING:if your neck is hurting, YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. you probably arent using ONLY your abdominal muscles but also your neck muscles. if you want the workout to work, you have to ONLY USE YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES. ive been doing the work out for about 4 months now. my abs are starting to shape up, harden, and i have no problems with my neck :)
