Multiple MENSA tests show all 4 of us in the range of 119-127, with only minor fluctuations by any one of us in the varied tests taken. Not Brilliant, but adequate to function in University, etc... In my opinion, through observations, "Common Sense" is more useful than IQ scores in success in life. It all depends how you use your alloted intelligence...

Iodine is of utmost importance, and unfortunately few good sources exist. I would be inclined to recommend iodized sea salt first, iodized table salt second, followed lastly by basic sea salt.
