Mar 17, 2010 - I love how people keep bitching about the training methods. So funny to realize just how many couldn't do this. Its just traditional kung fu training. It's not supposed to be easy or what most consider practical. Its brutal,it's painful and it makes a student suffer mental and physically. All part of the process. First you break down, then you remake yourself.
