May 19, 2012 - I have to say, not all of the old stuff is completely good, but at least back then musicians could put their heart and soul into their work (hence stuff like Genesis). Some of the bands today do make good stuff, but it seems that they're limited to what they do (Maybe that isn't true)Perhaps one day Justin Bieber's true talents might be used and he could come up with something like the old days. Singing isn't proper music you know.

May 21, 2012 - Stop to post "i have X years and i love this music", music is not about ages, music is about feelings and thats why is atemporal, is much more common that some boy of 15 years can listen this bands because is much more information in this era, and much more technology in desposition to get all the music you want. May 21, 2012 - i definitely have to agree with @captainbatguano. im in eighth grade, and all i do is liten to this. all the other kids listen to frickin rihanna and beyonce and crap. but led zeppelin is the greatest rock/metal band to ever play. (in my opinion)

May 22, 2012 - All periods of time have their amazing music! I love it too. Perhaps give modern bands some credit. Mars Volta's first album (Deloused...) pretty dam good and, 'original'. Also, I would suggest checking out a few 'under the radar' or Indie bands which tend to produce interesting music.

May 23, 2012 - If you listen to music played in radio, don't comment that music today is disgusting. Seek for a band called "Graveyard" - a lot of people say that their songs are very similar to these from 70' and 80'. And you won't hear them in radio, because they are to 'oldschool' ;)

If I was a teenager back then, it would have been impossible for me to enjoy this music , as it was forbidden in my country. Plus , now we have the opportunity to listen to this magical sound much easier and in better quality. I am grateful that I have the right type of family and friends who introduced this music to me when I was little

May 29, 2012 - As far as all of this age BS is concerned, who cares? Obviously I was on to something when I was 14 or so, (I'm 45) and these kids are just had good influences and have good taste. But to you young people, you don't even need to share your age here. It's just about good music and nothing more and don't let older people get you down, some of them have just forgotten how we felt resented and looked down on ourselves by the older generation. And this music was a refuge for many of us.
