Imagine I (a male) being allowed to enter public conveniences for women lawfully. In my opinion homosexuals are the most privileged members of our society. I don't fear homosexuals (homophobic) just poor arguments being used to justify a questionable lifestyle.

Mar 30, 2012 - Obviously not considering Callie plays a bisexual and married her girlfriend in the last season. They also have had multiple gay patients on the show. It's also rumored that Isaiah Washington was fired because he was a homophobe and said rude things about T.R. I wish he was on the show still, but I don't think the network is homophobic.

Apr 24, 2012 - I agree, the producer is a forward thinker, the ratings make the network happy aka rich so it's all good. I wonder how TR is now. I miss him. He'd be good in anything. It was dumb of me to suggest the network is homophobe, I'm thinking it was probly just TR's choice. Cheers.

May 13, 2012 - Before he left, there was a big story in the news that Isaiah Washington (Burke) had insulted him and news of it got out and that's why he came out. Washington was fired/let go. the network decided after the story came out not to renew his contract. I think T.R. leaving had something to do with trust issues with Shonda but it was his choice to leave.

May 14, 2012 - T.R. left because he was unhappy that George wasn't developing any further and he wasn't an important character. The thing with Isaiah Washington happened a couple years before he left, I believe. So it wasn't the networks decision. But I miss his character so much <3
