May 11, 2012 - I've been a VH fan since they were only in clubs" I've met and talked too all of the members of the band many times and know for a fact that DLR was bitter with EVH for him leaving the band and DLR went to steve vai and asked him to do this album.And Vai which just so happened to be one of the greatest guitar players in the world So with the fact that EVH and DLR had bad blood at the time DLR was throwing Vai in EVH face . so its not just this one song its the whole Album that posed a payback.

This particular song remains about the Statue of Liberty, however.That's Life, is more of a hidden message, in my opinion
