Feb 28, 2012 - After many years of working out I really think these conditioning style workouts are the only way to actually get inshape, other wise just lifting and trying to go as "heavy" as you can you just get super bulky and not so atheletic looking..

That way we can follow along at home and not have to pause every few seconds... do that I would probably watch a few of your vids everyday and follow along as my workout... it would be great motivation to have a "trainer" right infront of you pushing you.. your workouts are great and very smart!!

May 29, 2012 - I use similar set ups for my workouts, except I make sure to go as heavy as possible and I track everything. Tracking is important so that you can challenge yourself and make things a bit fun. At least as fun as possible.
