May 12, 2012 - Hmm.. It's not that.. It's because "Everyday" shows her true vocals.. As where you put this on any of her latest albums 2008 present, it would stand out as the rest of the her songs are so modified and high pitched. Like if this song was selected for "Femme Fatale", how would it sound next to the the rest of the album? Same with Circus.. You can tell My Baby and Out from Under had modifications to blend with the rest of the album. And I really don't think this sounds like Christina Aguilera, ugh

Even though most people think of Christina's "Beautiful" when they listen to this, the most probable reason for B.'s managers not releasing this was indeed her voice. It's just not what people are used to and everybody would probably shred this in the critics - using the "Beautiful" thing as a point as well. Seriously, though, Jive needs to give it a try...
