May 15, 2012 - Except that it doesn't. Doing less than a cm of extra work on a pushup won't make a difference at all. Any trainer will tell you the same thing.

May 19, 2012 - lol this is similar to what we do in our personal fitness class it is extremely hard it about 15 mins of exercice w/o stoping and then run a mile as a cool down and we are done even if it hurts it feels great afterwards:D

May 29, 2012 - He was saying that if you have too much body fat (20%+) crunches won't get your abs out. They will not burn fat, and the mussel will not show until the fat is gone. That may be a little bit off, but that's what I got from the video.

May 15, 2012 - well, you get the full benefit of the workout. The push-up is to work more than only your chest. It's important to develop the supporting muscles also (triceps, delts and core). Doing a full push up will strengthen those supporting muscles (as well as your chest) and build your endurance, so you won't "tire yourself out faster". This is weight training 101, and Mike Chang (as a trainer) knows this. This is why I asked him to explain in a separate video... (w/ a touch of sarcasm)
