If it is about expressing yourself then there is no one way , right way or whatever. Besides dance hall is not reggae that's why it is called dance hall.

Apr 28, 2012 - To the people comparing the two, they're both good, but the white girl is doing large fluid movements (European dancehall) while the black girl is doing smaller tighter movements (Jamaican dancehall). The Euro version is the evolution of dancehall, much more PG and commercial friendly--less crotch shots! But for real, the Jamaican way is harder!
