May 30, 2012 - i think it had more to do with the way men treat females, as just wanting sex, and it shows the father is like the boy, and he doesn't want his daughter hurt. so he tries to protect her, but the boy see's that the father was the same as he was, and that they both can love a female and not just be in it for sex...that was my take on it.
